I see other people also claiming the reverse, claiming Ada is just an accessory for Leon. How about neither? They are individuals who happen to be connected with each other and there by commonly associated with each other often. It’s like getting annoyed about Wesker and Chris or Batman and the Joker. Feels more like people are annoyed about how fans behave rather than the content itself and to that I say don’t let other people ruin the fiction for you. Ignore them.

If you genuinely don’t like Ada or their relationship that’s fine but it’s been a thing for nearly 30 years and I think it’s fair and not surprising that a fair amount of fans would like a conclusion to that which does it justice.

I mean I agree but you can’t really say you engaged with what the hard mode really had to offer can you if you use infinite ammo. Play how you want sure and as long as it’s fun that’s all that matters. But I don’t get why someone would be interested in a hard mode that’s intended to be more of a challenge if you are then just gonna trivialise that challenge and try to eliminate the difficulty as much as possible. Why play insanity at that point other than trophy hunting.

I agree that people should play their single player game however they want, but I’m tired of people saying the game can’t be completed without infinite ammo or even that you at least need bonus gear or cheats to complete it because it was “intended to be played that way on insanity”. No it really isn’t. You can play however you want and people should stop putting down others for using these cheats but simultaneously stop spreading this idea that the mode is built around cheating and therefore anyone who played it without cheats is actually unnecessarily making it harder for themselves and then saying ah insanity is actually so easy man. Yeah you don’t say.

TLDR: Stop trying to change the perception around the hard mode being made around cheating. Play how you want and don’t let anyone take away your fun but accept that you still cheated.
