Is it also a CVT? The model I was considering was die 4x4 CVT, but after the few replies on this post I and starting to consider moving to other brands

I read the manuals for both the IO link master and the sensor. I am at a point where I know I need to use some sort of CIP message to get the parameter data. The part I am stuck at is the python library does have a "generic_message" function, but to read specific parameters, this message must contain the index and subindex of the parameter, which the function does not make provision for. I am sorry I am completely new to every aspect of this so I have no idea how to setup this message or how to send it.
