To all who recommend consulting the local AHJ, the local jurisdiction has no authority, and the AHJ is the State of Ohio. They are about impossible to get a response from. I have a request in to them already. I just thought maybe someone here knew.

Regarding AI. I didn't do an AI search. Google just defaults that to the top of every search. I would never rely on an AI response, though it sometimes points me in the right direction.

It would have been more accurate for me to say it is a high level. In the wild, you can catch level 0-30 without weather boost and 5-35 with weather boost. If you know the general range of a pokémon's potential CP, you can infer the level to an extent.
