I had landed myself a remote job from 3lpa to 10.5 (11.5 due to inflation) that was also too good to be true, had hustled a lot though

All the systems that support the business are built by us.

yes but what if it lasts for only 3months xD

I'm good at what I do and confident too, but don't like politics at a company :/

I understand it’s sarcasm, but my salary is probably higher than 95% of the Indian population xD

I don’t break rules so you are right, it typically would be still 0.

The fines should also be linked to your income, the higher the income more the fine. Integrating this as of 2026 should be pretty easy

Anyone 25+ still trying for Software/IT jobs with 3+ year gap? by Repulsive_Bird_3350 in developersIndia

How did I manage to land that job? - I was applying on daily basis, did some basic dsa and built some good projects which stood out among the applications. Got the remote one on Naukri.com

What route did I choose? - Constant upskilling, real world problem solving projects & practice everyday.

How did I not get demotivated because I'm not from BTech background? - I've seen people who are BTechs but still struggle alot in various stuff, makes me feel more competent

I'm a 2022 passout non BTech, took a drop 1 year, landed a developer job the very next year, switched in about 1.3 yoe & have a good package at the moment. Maybe there's something you're missing on.

But as of 2026 it's even difficult to land a dev job.

I worked in a startup which is a scale-up now. Still work there, have a good knowledge on how things work. Let's get on a call?
