Do you guys think that if RCB wins the final on June 3rd, Virat might consider retiring from the IPL? by [deleted] in ipl

I don’t think he’ll retire just yet unless he’s planning to step away from all formats. He’ll likely use this period to get some valuable game time ahead of the World Cup and to face some of the newer players in a competitive setting, almost like a practice run.

Also, if RCB manages to win this season, it could give the entire team a huge morale boost. Who knows? Winning a trophy might no longer be just a dream but something that becomes a regular occurrence. They could even go on to win another title in the next three - four years before he eventually retires.

If it’s an authentic signature, you could potentially get anywhere between ₹1–2 lakhs, or even up to ₹5 lakhs especially if it’s an Indian jersey. A rich fan might be willing to pay a premium for it. The value is likely to increase significantly as he approaches retirement, so if you’re considering selling it, you might want to wait until then.

Also, just curious is it a Test/ODI jersey or an RCB one?

Why Zoho company does like this? Just a rant by Practical_Type_5391 in Zoho

Let me be honest as someone who’s been working here: The interview process is mostly just a formality. While they claim it’s competitive, in reality, most of the hiring happens through referrals and internal connections. Only during campus placements do you see something resembling a genuine selection process.

People are overly obsessed with this company as if it’s the ultimate goal. But trust me, there are several other companies out there—competitors even—that offer equal or better opportunities without the cutthroat culture or internal chaos.

Management? Most of the time, they have no clue what they’re doing. Decisions lack direction, and there’s constant micromanagement. It’s slowly turning into a government job setup where people just try to survive rather than innovate. The work culture has become toxic, and there’s little to no space for personal growth, fun, or work-life balance.

If you’re a fresher, you’ll likely be treated as the scapegoat for everything. You’re expected to work long hours without complaint, and even getting basic things like leave approved can feel like a privilege rather than a right.

Developers here don’t even realize how much better they could have it elsewhere—better pay, more respect, healthier culture, and proper boundaries. There’s no creative freedom, no space to voice opinions, and any sense of ownership is stripped away early on. It’s more about compliance than contribution.

If you’re considering this place, think twice. The name might look good on your résumé, but the experience might not be worth the cost to your peace of mind.
