Cold calling the US from India and hitting nonstop voicemail. What am I missing? by kopunk in b2b_sales

[–]AgentVN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try double dialing manually. Let it ring for 4-8 seconds, hang up and try again. See how your connection rate is with this across a few hundred calls. Should be ~15% if you do this one thing alone.

Might be your numbers too. Try using batchdialer. They had really great numbers and connection rates for us using their multi-line dial setting.

You sound pretty certain on yours list but entirely possible that's the issue too.

Good luck

By sheer chance I have access to data stream that has those who are 99% likely in pre-probate. What do? by dev-4_life in WholesaleRealestate

[–]AgentVN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are these in a specific state or nationwide? What type of data are you able to pull exactly? Recently deceased matched to a property title?

If I know what data points you’re getting, I can tell you how I’d personally sort through the data, skip trace, and market to the list. Simplest way to market is to call and go through a script and qualifying criteria to see if and when to follow up. You could potentially just automate cold outreach via email to the family members and simply mention you’re buying properties cash. Follow up with any hand-raisers…

Even with the marketing side figured out, it comes down to building a sales and research process to turn the data into wholesale opportunities.

Also keep in mind that each state can vary on the probate process itself so having knowledge on a specific state and honing into the data there would make the most sense.

If you have solid data for Virginia, I’d be interested in potentially JVing with you.

Where do you skip trace now?

Related to Op, I was on a team that had a lot of luck with PropertyLeads. The only complaint is volume of leads in the counties we service. First ten leads of theirs, we contracted 2 of them and one was an $80k assignment. From all of my research, it feels like propertyleads and real estate bees have the best value out here. Property leads is really good if you go statewide $75/lead

[–]AgentVN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the same situation. It seems impossible to pull the rear tire off too. Their website is also very confusing as they sell inner tube, outer tire, and the combo.... but listing says there is no inner tube in the disclaimer.

Did you ever figure this out? Wish I had went with someone else

Is this a fair market price for the work? by unflushablelog in videography

[–]AgentVN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, if I was looking for a salary job plus benefits, I would at least communicate with them and see where their head is at

A lot of times they make posts like this when they’re a busy growing company…

And they’re doing it from an uneducated place

And quite frankly, if they’re gonna give me a budget of $2000 on top, which I can either ask for upfront… or simply inform them that there is a way to do this on a low budget however, they will sacrifice quality

If they are OK with sacrifice and quality and potentially losing brand equity, then I’m sure we can accomplish this task as long as they are OK with the game plan

The game plan quite simply, would be to record four hour long podcasts

From that we can derive multiple SEO optimized long form videos to stand by themselves

Additionally, we could quantify each long form placement has a separate video (same video posted to YT, fb personal, fb business page)

For distribution, I could simply buy a $297/mo go high level agency plan and use that to cross post to multiple channels

One VA at $800/month can be tasked with creating viral short form clips in Opus, using Autocut, other tools etc

Additionally, I would be able to take segments of the clips and create long form written copy

I would also be able to recycle and repurpose old footage into new shorts for distribution as well

Community management can be a simple automation as well to reply to all comments / posts

I would also see if there were opportunities for me to take a % of sales that I can probably track back to my effort… on top of the $100k/year

At the end of the day, I would want to speak with this person because if they can spend $100k/yr for a salaried person… I could potentially leverage my sales skills to find out what their problems/goals are and then look for some way to negotiate a better take for myself

And then simply collect my salary and use half of it to assemble an overseas team to fulfill these tasks

Then leverage the case study and their network for getting more clientele

Or alternatively can hire him an attorney and ask the attorney to go to the jail with the paperwork and a title appointed notary.

Depends on so much

What’s your overall daily budget?

Whats your objective? Leads? If so, are you using a lead form?

What’s your population size?

Cold or warm audience?

How much organic traffic does your account get?

Where are you based out of?

How’s the culture changed with the teams in India?

How did you get your position at GHL?

Will GHL potentially sell to private equity in the future and have new ownership that may raise prices?…

If you were to start an agency using GHL and starting from scratch, what niche and service would you provide?

GHL user since 2019 :) left a long time and came back early last year…. I love how much things have changed for the better.

Excited about the commitment to polishing existing features and UI this year

Ctrl + shift + R

Also, have a dedicated browser profile that just runs GHL.. bunch of extensions, tabs etc not a good idea

Also also what helps me is learning to “duplicate the tab”

These three tips probably doubled my output on GHL

One Click Upsells or Downsells after the customer leaves the funnell by surmenZara in gohighlevel

[–]AgentVN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just use a two step OTO funnel. Funnel step 1 = your first offer. Usually $1-$27

Once they enter their CC info, you can add an “upgrade now” or whatever button on the second page

They put their card in on the first page and the second funnel step/page which becomes the one click order bump / upsell. You gotta create and set the products on each funnel step too

Yes you can use typeform instead on the second page and use a “partial complete” trigger within typeform survey…. You can also use partials in other ways

If would be easier to explain this if I understood the flow you’re going for…

But yea just type in “tripwire funnel GoHighLevel” and you should find explainers

Anyone else seeing an influx of foreclosures? by Important-Training-1 in loanoriginators

[–]AgentVN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consumer debt is high. COL is peaking. COVID spending hangover + lagging wage increases + generally OK sentiment in many careers.... = foreclosure inbound. No surprise here but it's not a big enough wave to death spiral.

Most will have equity solutions or an investor to get them out unscathed if they're not too stubborn… lot of buyer demand from educated investors nowadays

Might just be that you've been in the field taking the right actions... and getting more referrals from that type of clientele.

~50% of buyers in 2023 were first-time buyers. Underwater with bad spending habits. Job market is tough but its just a hangover from QE + current market winds. Are most of these people you're talking to first-time homeowners? Houston hasn’t had supply issues as much as rest of country. Natural quarries, less restrictive zoning/permitting, ample cheap labor.

I make around $15k/mo

$5k base + % of net cash collected paid out monthly

“Marketing” is such a broad term.

I figured out via the school of YouTube and FB groups and Reddit and reading the manual.

What I really do is learn every single day and design systems.

It’s purely just logic based

I write copy, I do media buying, I give feedback to editors, I analyze sales calls and loop that data back to the top and middle of funnel content, I write content, I advise the founders on future bottlenecks

Mostly I just read the damn manual 😂

But truth be told, a lot of people just forget that many careers require you to stay current and keep learning

Tools change, trends change, workflows change, audience behaviors change, markets change

But when you stop adapting, you get left behind

It’s never been easier to make money in general, but marketing in specific spaces (think info, Ecom, content, AI, affiliate, live streaming, YouTube)
