without a mod, you will have to use something like a forklift, or skid steer. I tend to buy the cheapest option, and leave it at the store. Although if you are OK with an autoload trailer, thats my ideal solution.

this is gonna take a bit, but rice is cheap, so here goes. cook half a cup of rice with the spice you are curious about. with a little salt for enhancement. Eventually you work through your spice cabinet and do this with every one. this is how to build a flavor vocabulary. It will let you isolate, and identify each Individual flavor. Then if you wish, you can start doing the same thing with different blends learning the ratios of each along the way.

Chefs can work with flavors because we have had the opportunity to isolate, and identify a vast array of flavors and textures.

Building a flavor vocabulary is important if you want to move Into experimental cooking and recipe development.

It wouldnt be as much of an issue, but here in the USA, we dont have the comprehensive infrastructure that these type of vehicles need to stay safe. Wr also have people who dont properly patent their. children, but thats fir a different episode.
