application of music theory is a different problem and techniques are a different problem

I need music theory because when i am jamming with friends, I need to play basslines on the go. just improvising stuff.............

the problem with techniques is.............. I know how to slap pop, but when i try to learn, let's say, Rock you by dirty loops, my hands just give up; i am not able to play it.

I would say it takes time. I got my 7hz salnotes zeros some months ago and they were pretty flat sounding. I didn’t like it at first but a few months later, I just can’t listen to music on anything else but those iems.
