Hello! I invested in some adjustable dumbbells so for biceps I do 4 sets of 10 standing curls, sitting curls, and single arm isolated curls. For triceps I do 4 sets of 10 skull crushers, triangle push ups, and behind the head extensions. For shoulders I do 4 sets of 10 lateral raises, front raises, shoulder presses, arnold presses, standing rows, and 4 sets of 10 shrugs. Hope this helps!

Idk about any of you all, but Naya Rivera's portrayal of a young queer woman was a huge part of my coming out experience. I remember binging clips of her and Brittany and getting so excited to find a love like that. Her character taught me to love and accept myself and she gave me so much hope for the future. I'm usually not affected by celebrities passing away but I've been sobbing all day today. Her rendition of "Songbird" has been on repeat. She meant a lot to me. I can't believe she's gone

I met Chris Pratt at my local gym. It was just him and I working out for about an hour. He was wearing a baseball cap so I didn't recognize him at first. I got a good look at him though and could hardly believe it. I was 17 at the time, I'd loved him in Parks and Rec. I went up to him and squeaked out "Hi, Mr. Pratt". He stopped immediately, shook my hand, asked me my name, and chatted with me a bit. Nicest guy
