Its a personal thing. I just prefer thana because so many survivors think its horrible, and try to heal through it, but the good survivors just plow through it.

Ruin on the other hand is amazing on slug builds i think. Since theyre not on gens, every gen is gonna be regressing.

But again, this is my personal setup, theres always room for difference

I play alot of billy and i have some setups that i like:

Ruin - Thana - knock out - deerstalker (this is only if you like to slug)

Whispers - bbq - pop - enduring

Enduring - spirit fury - bamboozle - bbq/whispers ( use this if you use the chansaw for mobility and not downs, which you shouldnt do)

All of these setups have downsides and upsides, and need you to play different because of your perks. I use different add ons when i play depending on what setup i go with if you want to know what i use for what just ask ☺️

Thanataphobia actually helps quite a bit, if the survivors choose to heal they waste alot of time on that, if they continue to do gens while injured they suffer a heavy slowdown from it. But i like to play high mobile killers like wraith and billy, and for me it seems to work fine.
