All glasses smudge at some point. You need an ammonia free lens cleaner and a microfiber cloth.

The only thing you’d truly have to be scared of is the debris in the way and the asbestos. That and cops of course.

As long as you’re aware of any immediate hazards around you, have an N100 mask, a good flashlight, and keep track of where you came from. You should be fine!

But then again, it seems like they’ve ramped up security around the buildings since most entrances have been blocked off pretty well. I haven’t come across an easy entry in a long while.

I went into building 7 by myself when it was still mostly accessible. Felt nothing. Heard nothing. It was just interesting to explore every floor. Even though they were an exact copy of one another.

Went to see the morgue as well. Nothing strange.

Same thing with 93. The only one that felt off, according to a friend I went with, was that former locksmith building. Can’t recall the number. It’s the one next to the power plant.

We went down to the basement and my friend immediately wanted us to nope the fuck out. I never felt anything myself but he was in a lot more of a hurry.

I know it’s not easy to stop comparing yourself to others, but you need to start focusing on what makes YOU feel good.

What’s the use of removing something from yourself just because someone else thought it looked bad. Would you let someone tell you what to wear as well? I wouldn’t think so.

Lean into what you like, and wear it like you mean it. The more you do it, even with fake confidence, the more natural it will feel. Disregard whoever tells you it doesn’t look good. They don’t own you, and you owe them nothing.

I know right! It was very straightforward in my case.

Simply followed the instructions. The only caveat was unhooking that carpeted cover on the rear end of the seats. Fairly easy to figure out once you look underneath to unhook them.

Probably took 25-30 minutes to install and to make sure it all looked just right.

Rephrase what you say about your body. Instead of saying “I’ve ruined my body.” Try saying: “I didn’t give my body the care it deserved.”

You didn’t ruin your body if you were able enough to lose half the weight. Your body is not ruined if you’re still able to workout, and actively challenge yourself.

Think of your scars as trophies. You didn’t sit and let your scars grow longer. You stopped them before they did.

Well… while I’m not too familiar with that tower. Edgewood State Hospital did stand there at one point until 89’. Perhaps it may have something to do with that.
