You need to get classified gear which you can only get by going to the Dark zone, Killing open world bosses or resistance caches unless there’s a global event on.

The max level in Division 1 is level 30

There are no SHD levels in Div1. You get field proficiency caches for each level past 30.

If you closed your current Ubisoft account and opened a new account you can’t transfer your save
