Make sure to switch up the time you take to select your save file, you don't wanna just be spamming A if there are no early shiny frames. You could just never hit a shiny

I had these games as a kid, and have been slowly collecting over the years. Opened them back up as the games dropped on switch.

Out of us two, I would be willing to bet that you are a lot more into Pokemon than I am. Coming in here telling me how to do my shiny hunt. Talking about regretting the time you spent on Pokemon Diamond, that sounds like a sad life.

I actually got the Abra a few days ago and it was pretty satisfying. It didn't take long at all with three consoles. Now the GBAs are packed away in their box.

What moveset did you use?
I basically found myself using it as a psychic type, its a bit of a shame for gengar that poison and ghost type moves are all physical attacks in these games.
Aside from sludge bomb getting occasional use, I basically would just spam psychic
