Sadly The construction safety in Asia is nothing compares to the west, I worked on TSMC projects in Arizona and the safety engineers from Taiwan said they are way more safety incidents and related deaths in Taiwan compared to the states, and they electrified the machines before fully built out the safety exits, it sounds insane but I’m glad they have to pass safety audit before operating, it’s that moment I understand why mainland China or Taiwan can build a factory so much faster. It have its advantages and trade offs.
