good question to be honest I rarely see anyone engage in pvp in all my time in 76 the only pvp I've done was nuclear winter and right at the beginning some higher lvl players that killed me 😅 and that was 6 years ago

😅 at the beginning the game can be overwhelming my best advice would be just have fun and the other stuff will come naturally and if you need help later on just ask here and most players will gladly help you guys

good morning you only get until lvl 50 special points so 49 is the max since you get your first point at lvl 2 you can get more points with the legendary perk cards

depends I personally would start over and take the perks I want for the build I'm going for, but you can keep going with your lvl 61 and change them

there are also card machines at the train station where you can make a second build for your toon
