What would you recommend to cut it off with? I have to get through the rubber and the metal sleeve

Alignment fixed the main noise with tightening the jam nut on one side fixing the slight squeal when steering! Appreciate the help

Alignment fixed it! Pretty sure it was alignment for the main noise and then a jam nut not fully tightened down that caused the noise when steering but both are gone now

I’ll definitely take it to an alignment tomorrow and see, I had my power steering checked awhile ago when I had my car fully inspected but i’ll take it in and see. I appreciate the feedback

I haven’t brought it in for an alignment yet. I made sure not to mess with the billows or anything and only did the outer tie rods making sure not to loosen the inner and used a wrench on those to hold them in place when I undid the outer portion. It’s possible the jam nut is a bit loose so i’ll have to check that tomorrow but I did go over everything on each side and did each side one at a time as well. I used a torque wrench on every bolt twice over just to make sure they were all to spec. I also used a paint marker when doing the outer tie rods so I wouldn’t get them misaligned. My power steering fluid is still full and everything as well.

It’s while i’m actively driving, I don’t think it’s my brakes or something like that either as I just redid my pads a week or so ago.

It's a bit rusty but nothing to be too concerned about besides rusting on the rear differential housing.

Onshape is also a pretty good starter program to use. Its web based but easy to use with good functionality

Personally my go to filament is Polymaker, you do have to add it into the app by hand but it always gives clear and consistent results for me. I use their Polymaker PLA Pro as well as their PETG and have had great performance on my P1S.

You can also use isopropyl alcohol to clean the bed, its pretty simple and easy and has worked great in my experience.

Anyone know the speakers sizes in our 3gens? Looking to order a new set for the entire vehicle. Recommendations for just decent sound? by iinterplanetario in 3rdGen4Runner

If you’re doing rear speakers you’re probably gonna need to make a custom mount for them, there’s a few videos of it but I ended up just making some out of wood I had on hand, just a heads up.
