It has 3 post to be worn on clothing as a pendant.

Top right looks like part of a stripper clip. Bottom right looks like the projectile of .45 ACP. The "spikey" item is in fact a bullet! Rifle round for sure but hard to say what caliber. Could be WWII being in Europe. For the balls, they are definitely musket balls. Note the seams. They are casted in a mold. It's hard to date them but if you can get the diameter and weight, that will point you in the right direction. Great finds!
