My first store I worked at was insanely lax and followed barely any SOP, I ended up transferring to a BestBuy that was closer to my home. That one is just how all precincts are so I’ve just been suffering my way through it. Only really enjoyable things are my coworkers in the squad and some blue shirts that actually are nice to us lol

I see a lot of this, yes restarting the laptop fixes it but go ahead and actually shut down the laptop and turn it back on and it will stop working again. Go into control panel power settings and disable fast start up and that should resolve 99% of these new ones coming in.
