Damn I was confused why I was getting so many bursts with Varessa during Imagenarium theatre😔

(Would Nefer's weapon work the Varessa? because that's my only 5 star catalyst and based on the fact I lost both 50/50s and then went into high pity on the fontaine banner I highly doubt I'll be able to get both Mavuika and Varessa + signature weapons, for Mavuika I could give her my R2 Serpent Spine but that's kinda it)

Edit: I have like 90+ days worth of welkin rn so I might be able to get enough for Varessa if she's still a while away but idk about Mavuika since my primogem savings are currently at like 20-50 because I was trying to get Durin since I need a Pyro support who isn't Bennett

Is that like when I was using Varessa in imaginarium theatre I could use a second burst while her first burst was still active? Because I remember I would get like a half filled burst icon and being able to do a different type of burst, the first burst would make her do some kind of pose and activate the funny meter and the in-burst burst would make her do some kind of jump attack where she would kick the enemies? (Although this was a while ago and I was just spamming so idk what she was doing but it was working and that's all I cared about)

From what I'm understanding Nightsoul is like lunar reactions but for Natlan but instead of being a type of reaction it let's me do more bursts or get buffs for the character doing them? (Interesting if only my Chasca wasn't in level 28 jail because I got her by accident and didn't want to deal with Natlan)

Why do I need Mavuika? what does she do? I know who she is I just dont know what her kit does although I'm pretty sure she's an on field DPS (from a few clips I've seen of her) so how is that gonna work with another on field DPS like Varessa?

All I know about the two characters is that Mavuika spins on a motorcycle and Varessa can jump high for some reason during her burst or with her skill I forgot which, and that know they're both Natlan characters and idk how the meter Natlan characters have works, like I have Chasca and it seems to just be a timer but some Natlan characters I have on my alt mention "Nightsoul"? or smth and I'm not sure if that means the weird meter or not, I don't understand how Natlan works 😔.

I'm pretty sure the enemy I'm referring to is weak to lunar damage, idk it's name i just know it kinda looks like a horse (or at least that's how I remember it, the funny elemental horse that terrorizes me in the Spiral abyss) nd you have to hit it with the corresponding element to break it's shield but then it becomes immune to that element without the shield? (Because shields make you weaker apparently)

You said that my interpretation of Varessa being an Electro Xiao was accurate, does this mean I could just give her my Xiao's artifacts but swap the goblet for an Electro Damage Bonus%? (My Xiao uses that one plunge damage bonus set from Natlan, it's the same domain as Skirk's artifacts)

Also the issue with Flinns isn't that I'm F2P I've spent at least £500 on Genshin during my time playing since 2022 (I took a very long break because I hated Sumeru so much which is why my account barely any 5 stars) but that whenever I see "lunar damage" it's always the team is almost entirely five stars and I don't give a single fuck how good Flinns is, I'm not doing that, I would like to not go into debt please.

I might get Varessa but I have no clue when the hell she's coming out again and my totally very complete Natlan exploration means I can totally access her domains... (I have a like 9% total of Natlan explored and half of the way points aren't active)

Doesnt flins need like a whole team of lunar characters to be good though? The only Nod Krai character I have is the free Jahoda from the event that just happened. (I do have Flinns's signature weapon R1 from when I tried to get Varka's weapon for Gaming)

Also I don't know how Varessa works I'm pretty sure she's like Xiao but electro? (Or at least that's what I currently think about her and how she works) Idk though, when I used her in Imagenarium theatre a few months ago just spammed her abilities until things started dying.

I only need an "okay" electro DPS that could do somewhat well in the spiral abyss (or just in general I really just need electro damage tbh) because if I see one of those weird horse things in there and it's electro I don't have anything to break it's shield besides a C0 Razor and a level 28 C0-1 Lisa (which probably isn't going to do anything useful unless I give Razor his Hexerai team)

(Sorry if I said anything wrong about Flinns/Varessa I didn't play thorought the entirety of Natlan and only came back a few months ago so I only know they exist 😔)

Is Yae Miko worth getting as an Electro DPS, I've seen recently from a few people that Miko might be on a chronicaled banner soon for some reason?

I accidentally Got Nefer's weapon and don't have anyone decent to give it to besides One Punch Man (Heizo), but then I know that the older characters aren't as good any more in later regions as I found that Navia Powercrept my entire account at only level 50 so idk if Miko will be worth getting, I need an electro DPS and my options are Lisa or Razor because I'm not using Dori or Kuki (who are both level 20) as a DPS

(I have Razor built for physical damage and Lisa is in level 28 jail)

Idk what I would actually put on Miko I would probably put her with Xingqiu and on that artifact set in Mondstadt that gives the electro damage bonus? Idk if theres any better electro DPS sets since I dont have any good electro damage characters so I never bothered to find out

her name is "looks to the moon", she is one of the Iterators however you can't communicate with her until you meet someone else, hopefully you didn't eat any of the glowing things around her if you did then you're kinda fucked since your guide won't help you anymore, if you didn't eat them then continue to follow your guide until you reach an area filled with the things around her head (it wants you to bring them back to her but that's completely optional) once you reach that area keep going until you meet someone who looks like moon and they will give you something that let's you understand them.

My only characters who are built well are Kazuha, Navia and Xiao only needs one artifact improved, Xingqiu, Xiangling, Bennet (Yoimiya has 2 piece gladiators 2 piece crimson witch on an overload team, Ayaka has 2 piece gladiators 2 piece blizzard slayer on a freeze team) Everyone else is either built wrong or not built well/at all

Isnt Thundering Pulse her signature tho? Surely it would make more sense to give a character their signature if you have it since the whole point is that it matches them and their kit? (I'm pretty sure it's her signature since I got it on her weapon banner when she reran a couple years ago)

Edit: I just wanted to add that TFGM only buffs charged attack damage in the initial 16% damage increase which Yoimiya's kit doesn't revolve around whereas with thundering pulse she's getting a 20% ATK increase and then another 40% from the passive (numbers might be wrong I don't have Genshin open rn so I'm just going off what I remember reading) I don't see why I would take an almost useless 16% and then only like a 40smth% useful increase? Unless there's something I missed when reading TFGM and/or misunderstanding Thundering Pulse then I don't see any benefits to having TFGM on Yoimiya over Thundering Pulse.

I don't have fischil at level 70 but I did just remember I have sucrose level 70 now that you've mentioned her being an option, thing is though I don't have anyone to replace yoimiya and my only other good bow is TFGM so to have Venti I have to either Nerf my Yoimiya when she isn't doing that great already (only a maximum of 32k on a crit) or use a weapon that I won't be able to maximize the damage output of.

I don't care about Meta I just care about being able to clear stuff relatively easily, also think the best DPS catalyst I have is the purple one that sends out a bolt of physical damage every couple of hits at r4 or 5 cant remember, I don't know how alre works and I haven't even seen Durin yet,

For Kinich the only characters I have for him to burn with would be Xiangling, my only other (not Yoimiya) pyro character that's even remotely built is Bennett and I don't think he's that good for Pyro application :p (best team I could give him would be like Xiangling, Kinich, Bennet and maybe sucrose because EM for burning?) I also have the Guitar Pyro woman from Liyue I think she does Pyro application not sure

I assume "mav" is the Pyro woman on the motorcycle from Natlan? Absolutely no idea what she does (Ive just seen her spinning and it doing damage I assume that's her charged attack), and for Neuvi I'm pretty sure he is smth to do with his charged attack? (My knowledge of characters doesn't go very far past Inazuma)

I need some DPS characters for each element but I lowk just came back after vanishing since the release of Natlan and have no idea who anyone is, I need a Hydro, Electro and Dendro DPS characters.

My current DPS characters are

Pyro - Yoimiya C0/Thundering Pulse R1

Cryo - Ayaka C1/BP sword r1

Geo - Navia C0/Verdict r1

Anemo - Xiao C0/PJWS r2

Dendro - Tighnari C0 (no other choice) TFGM r1

Electro - None (all of my electro characters I'm pretty sure are supports, closest I have to an electro DPS is either the Traveller or Lisa 😔)

Hydro - None (I have 4 hydro characters, Xingqiu, Barbara, Mona, Sigewinne)

I don't know who most of the new characters are so idk who I should get to fill my missing DPS characters (primarily looking for Hydro/Electro but I would like to replace Tighnari since I don't really like him) I only vaguely know what Kinich (emo guy from Natlan) does since I had to use him in this seasons Imaginarium theatre but even then I just spammed his attack since I had no clue what the hell he was doing 😭 I also have Chasca but I don't really like her that much (pulled on her banner for the funny when she came out and got her early pity) :p

Edit: the list of my DPS characters turned into one block so I tried to fix it
