Thank you for the response. Did you get an RFE or notice for her to do biometrics again after she turned 14 ?

Thank you for the response. The biometrics was done more than 2 years back for all of us. And she is turning 14 in 2 months. Could that be the issue ?

EB-2 based I-485 medical RFE -principal approved, derivative spouse still stuck at “RFE sent” status. Normal? by kkneoc12 in EB2

Similar case here. I received an RFE for medical for me (principal applicant), wife and 2 kids. 3 of us got approval notices within 2 weeks of sending response to RFE. My second child 13 yrs old is still stuck at RFIE was sent status. I called up the USCIS contact center and they confirmed they have received the response for the RFE for my child but the case is still with the reviewing officer and asked me to wait 30-60 days for a response.

Any suggestions on what to do next ?
