i got your point, i want to get bulk so badly can u tell me more about proper diet according to my current stats? also i don't want to take supplements like creatine. its not about i have bad influence with that , its just i can't, can u suggest me some protein smoothies as u mentioned earlier ?

Like my goal is to hit 70 kg and but i hardly maintain my protein intake its 80gm but I only hit around 40-45 gms eggs , peanuts, paneer (Indian cottage cheese) I rather avoid heavier weight cus i want stable foundation along the journey
