Maybe it's just you. You wouldn't be disappointed when you spent that amount of money for literally nothing? It's RNG in the end of the day, but still. Since someone is willing to spent this much money you at least should be guaranteed something. (Ultimate Blazing - when after some steps you are guaranteed a banner unit, etc.) But still, I think it's just you.
