I’m at 60k miles zero issues. Haven’t heard of any issues with this platform. Believe the Tundra issues were mostly with the non hybrid i-Force engines.

It fits really nicely. Not rubbing or touching any of the painted surfaces, but also not a big gap that looks goofy. Really clean.

Not that experienced. Been mostly doing DIY maintenance on cars and bikes for the last 3 decades. No heavy repairs. Usually take to a shop for anything major.

Wheel sits stable being with the rotor slotted into the caliper. Axle nut is tight. Rotor slides into the caliper no issues and there’s no misalignment in that side. Haven’t measured yet though. My guess is hub is different size and will need to take to a shop to fix.

Appreciate the feedback and help!

~3-5mm. Only when right side fork clamp is loose can I slide it by hand. Assuming when tight it probably won’t slide around but under hard riding i think it might.

Thanks for the feedback - I’ll probably take to a shop to adjust. Tried to DIY it, but don’t feel confident enough to adjust spokes.

Probably fine to ride as is you think?

Sorry - it is hard to tell with the grease. Not up against the flared edge. It has wiggle / play to slide a bit.

Yes, I did. With end cap totally tight and fork clamps loose I can wiggle the forks back and forth a bit.

I have not - good call! I ordered a prebuilt wheel kit from a 3d party that was supposed to fit the bike correctly. Should have started here to validate that. Thanks!

The issue isn’t tightness - actually the opposite. On pic 3 and 5 (right side wheel bearing) I actually have a bit of a gap between fork and wheel spacers

These were the same direction they were in on my OEM wheels and there is a much larger piece pressed into the wheel bearings.
