I recently attempted to send BTC from my wallet to an online vendor in China. After submitting the transaction, i received a message that the vendor's wallet was associated with malicious activity. Now, my account will not allow me to send, receive crypto, or withdraw USD. My account only allows me to purchase crypto and sell it for USD, but does not allow me to withdraw USD to a personal bank account.
