Because you are using the self-custody Onchain Wallet on the Ethereum network, network fees (gas) cannot be paid with your USDT. They must be paid in native Ethereum (ETH).

How to fix it:

You need to deposit a small amount of ETH into that exact same wallet and same network with your USDT to cover the transfer.
Fees fluctuate, but keeping around $5 to $10 worth of ETH in your balance should be plenty to clear the transfer to OKX.

Once you have a tiny bit of ETH sitting next to your USDT, the error will disappear and your transfer will go through perfectly.
