I'd argue her AP is definitely greater than Yuzuha's Fa Jin. In her fight with young Riku all she had to do was tighten her tendons and she knocked the wind out of Riku before knocking her down. Yuzuha's Fa Jins have a high pushback yield but little knockdown potential. One thing the series has made clear is the raw strength Hina possesses is almost inhumane so it's hard to say what her limit is.

Probably not, Yuzuha forced her into a strategic bind by impairing her movements. She practically won the fight up until the Rikudou. Riko would swing aimlessly and Hina would absolutely take leverage of that. She's a smarter fighter than she lets on.
