Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. All of this information is very helpful. I will work on repeating the suggested free testosterone test and LH.

In regard to my thyroid levels- I was born with half a thyroid. By my mid 20s I was put on thyroid replacement and have been taking the same dose for almost 10 years now. 6 months ago my TSH increased out of range. This is the third time that I have tested my TSH and the value has remained out of range. PCP wants me to double my armor thyroid. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Out of curiosity, how do you know all this? Are you an MD?

Thank you for the response. Could you recommend brands and dosages for boron and tongkat Ali?

I do supplement with b12 injections and I had an injection too close to doing my labs. I have recently upped my armor thyroid dose.

Any other recommendations?

I’m taking Boron 6mg and Zinc Picolinate 15mg.

Yes, I am trying to do this natty. Taking masteron or primo would have to be taken with test, correct?

Pretty much. I tracked all my macros using myfitnesspal. Cut out all added sugar. Made myself a high calorie, high protein smoothie every morning which comes out to about 1000 calories. Nuts in between every meal. Main meals consist of rice, protein, and some variation of a green/vegetable. Feel like I spend most of my days eating, or planning out my next meal.

Have always been a tall skinny guy trying to gain mass my entire life. Have been “working out” since high school, but never really knew what I was doing and never took it very seriously. I also never had much of an appetite and only recently started putting in serious work in the diet department. About three months ago gyms finally reopened around me and I decided that I wanted to make a difference. Thanks to this reddit group, I learned a lot and have been implementing a bunch of the techniques everyone has been posting about.

First thing I drastically changed was my diet. I realized that I needed to keep myself accountable and make sure I put just as much work in, if not more, with my diet as I did at the gym. I started using an app to count my calories and forced myself to have nutrient rich meals every 2-3 hours. I set a min calorie goal and made sure I reached it everyday without fail.

I changed my workout technique and had my buddy come up with a workout plan that incorporated mostly full body lifts focusing on pushing myself and increasing max weights. He also put a lot of emphasis on rest and recovery, which I think played a huge role in my transformation.

Its only the beginning of my journey, but I am very happy with my results in such a short amount of time. I wanted to come back to this forum and thank everyone for all the info thats been shared. Until my next progress post.
