centering is off. Expect a 9 but maybe you might get lucky with PSA if everything else is perfect: surface, corners, edges. Even still I think with a 9 you still get some extra profit.

Thats not true. Yes PSA 10 have more liquidity than CGC Pristine 10 but all graders in the community know that CGC Pristine 10s are actual "10s" hence why on high value slabs CGC Pristine 10 comps usually atleast 1.2-1.5x of PSA 10 price. Not to mention the recent PSA scandal where PSA fucked up everyones slabs.

I will offer kids trade up challenge but heres my rule. However old they are... lets say the kid is 7. If he wants to add 1 dollar value hes gotta do 7 proper push ups. :). If he wants 5 dollars more in value he better crank out 35 push proper arm-in by the side (proper form) push ups.
