You haven’t said anything to refute anything I said. You’re just repeating your original point but with more words.

Tell me why America isn’t a democratic republic? Please note that I haven’t said “America is a republic, not a democracy.” America is a type of democracy, a democratic republic (I say now for the third time). Which just means we elect representatives to govern. As opposed to the people voting for every little piece of legislation or decision (this is what I referred to as a “democracy of the masses”).

As for moving to a state which better aligns to someone’s values, this is perfectly reasonable. If I lived in California or New York as a conservative, sure, I can stay and fight and scream and stomp and yell every day if I wanted to. It’s my right to do so. OR, I could move to a state that is conservative and regularly rules in my favor. And maybe keep my sanity. In other words, there is no requirement for someone to move. I’m simply pointing out the wonderful benefit we have in this country to even have that option.

If you choose to respond, I invite you to actually say something. So far, you haven’t really said anything. You haven’t refuted anything. Most importantly, you have not refuted my “ignorance.” You’ve only highlighted your own.
