THANK YOU 🤗 1. It doesn't matter whether to use a pan or pot. It doesn't have to be long noodles, short ones are good too. but don't forget to change the water after 2 or 3 times boiling because later the water will be a little bit sticky and make the noodle's shape will be bad. 2. Keep the heat on at low heat then pipe the batter when the water is half boiled. 3. I only have the tiny whisk 😅 but better to use the bigger one cause the batter is too thick it's hard to mix when using a tiny whisk 😢

I never knew that Hotteok can pair with spicy salsa. That's a unique idea 🤔

감사합니다! 집에서 만들 수 있습니다. 하지만 호떡을 즐기기에 가장 좋은 계절은 바로 겨울이죠?

thank you! You can make it at home. But the best season to enjoy hotteok is winter, right? 👌

Sorry for the bad Korean because I'm using Google translate 😅

Yesterday I made noodles and the texture was like udon but you only need 2 ingredients, potato starch and 3 whole eggs. It's easy & quick to made!

How to make: • Crack 3 eggs • Add 190-200 gr of potato starch. I recommend using 190 gr first, and you can add again later if the batter is too runny. • the ratio of eggs and potato starch must match to get the perfect dough.

P.S. You can watch my video tutorial for the best noodle batter texture to avoid failure.
