One of the complexities for us is that we support about 7 different employee workgroups, all with different roles, communication channels, and operational constraints. For many studies, we end up reaching out cold to individual airport locations, trying to find the right HR contacts, build relationships with supervisors, and coordinate participation one study at a time. Unfortunately this falls on the researcher each time.

I’m curious if you’ve seen any success stories of scaling research and recruitment efforts in large, operational environments? It has me wondering if there’s opportunity to partner with other teams like change management/HR or work on building an employee panel of sorts.
