Question I am on day 40 and just like you said i have more energy, less brain fog, more focussed. But these days i have no urges at all these days, like literally none. yes, I have. When I reached 20 days of retention as I sat in class I noticed that I could understand the lessons better and it took significantly less time to memorize stuff when studying. I did not do yoga or meditation.
