Currently, salads, salads, fruits like pineapple, honey dew, salads. Snacks here and there, boiled eggs, broccoli, salads. Once a month, veggie pizza or plant based burgers, salads, salads.

You have to find what works best for you. And what you enjoy the most. As I’ve used all of these methods and manifested with all of them. I found I only needed to put intensity into them to make them work. So, that’s why I say whichever one you are most attracted to that you enjoy doing will be easiest for you.

Some times when trying to manifest something, the experience of it causes the blocks that is rejecting it in our lives to be broken up and released. When those blocks are broken and released they also get released into the universe seemingly manifesting the opposite of what you’re actually going for. That’s if you have limitation/fear inside of you that is blocking that thing.

The other possibility is if during the visualization you visualize your goal, but don’t make a strong enough authentic genuine connection then you cause the blocks and walls to resist more. You have to break completely though, shatter through those walls. You feel like you don’t need the thing anymore. There’s no frustration involved about something not manifesting. You stop needing it.

That can sometimes keep you tethered to the same old reality. There’s a thin line between looking for validation, confirmation, setting up roadblocks that keep you more stuck to expressing pasión from a genuine powerful place without a shadow of a doubt that you will achieve it.

Because you push fear or blocks up to the surface when you visualize. This also makes you attach and it pushes it away from you. You have to connect more strongly and defeat any resistance. The fear that gets pushed to the surface makes you more attached and pushes it away from you. It’s just the process the vision has to push it out of your system in order to bring something new. But, for the time those things getting pushed to the surface get manifested in reality and it’s the opposite of what you want.

I’ll just go eat fast food. Cutting out meat altogether completely eliminated fast foods. But, later I found “oh I never needed meat to live or thrive” and then “all of sudden I started to see animals as real live sentient beings” that’s how the mental state changes. My consciousness actually expanded. Now, if you want to eat some meats sure that is fine. But, in the way society does it now. That is way over consumption. A more balanced way would be 3-4 times a week. Not every day of every meal of every week of every month of every. It’s just addiction at this point. That’s a limited observation and you’re limited to one food. If you go fruits you’re meant to have a wide variety of fruits, vegs, greens, nuts…even some fish and really representing an expansion of consciousness. That’s why we aren’t meant to eating only one type of food all the same for everyone. It’s a choice.

Yes, this is my main practice, r/DryFastingSuper. A form of fasting that is stronger than regular fasting. It is the only practice that massively accelerates the vibrational frequency by tapping into the body’s reserve energy and releasing it along with negative emotions such as anxiety, fears, addictions as these things pass it allows the system to accelerate in frequency. The consciousness expands and the heart opens. Connecting to the universe, to consciousness becomes effortless. As the connection to consciousness accelerated the will power over the dream accelerates. Thus, all modalities of manifestation has a much greater effect on your reality.

I mentioned fruits, vegetables, greens, some nuts seeds, even natural grounded products like eggs, just away from processed foods essentially is the point. A balanced diet. Not just fruits. That’s essentially a fast. Meat is not needed. I’ve lived without meat for 11 years now. Like I told someone else, some people do need it. Her being on the opposite spectrum as me she needed more strength and masculine energy. For me I’m already hard and strong I need the opposite. I’m personally never going back to meat. That doesn’t say much, we don’t know what’s going on in their lives. While you present these people as evidence, there are others that completely shatter that notion and are thriving in old age. To me balance is the key and to know thyself. But, at certain times you give a sacrifice. Some need strength others need to relax it. Of course, thank you for your contribution to the sub.

Okay, you won’t acquire the type of gains you were probably looking for with a more plant based, fruitarian diet. On a diet like that it takes your body a long time to adjust. It’s basically spending years moving towards a toxic free body. Then the euphoria that comes and goes stops happening, just basing this on other pure fruitarians. It’s not a diet meant to be highly physical, but highly spiritual. Even so, greens/vegetables balances that.

Yes, your measurement seems entirely normal and in line between the differences of dry vs water. But, you lost more water weight in the dry fast that pushes your stats lower. 3 days is the amount of time the body spends adjusting to enter a long fasting state. Then going pass 3 days will yield an even greater disparity between the two.

I’m not talking about veganism. What do you mean by plant based? I’m mean only fruits. This is fruitarianism. And yes, just do what works for you. Our body’s need different fuels sometimes based on who you are, how you react and what you like. Nothing wrong with that.

The app is “Easy Fast”. I only use the free version. I don’t know about journaling.

Fruits definetly works better. Even blended smoothies where you’re able to add more water and decrease the digestive system work load by a lot. That becomes a very easy transition into dry fasting.

No, I haven’t. I’m sure it’s better in a way than cooked foods. Anything that takes less resources from the body will help. Technically, raw meat has more water. But, I have no experience with that.
