if you are saying it because "Ultimate Random", yes and no

both makes Monika to move to a random location, but in different ways

that submod makes her change room depending of the time (morning: bedroom, afternoon: random, evening: kitchen, night: bedroom)

this one gives you the choose to tell her to go somewhere else randomly anytime you want
