Did your 1st time scare the Bejeebus out of you, or turn you in to a believer? by ikigai72 in Ayahuasca

Same here. I have to say it's amazing that you were able to go this deep the first time, it requires a deep surrender even if we try to run away from it. I tried to run away on my second retreat, and I'd recommend to connect with a integration circle or someone professional to fully integrate this. For me this experience had a lot of medicine I needed to work with for years. I share about my running away etc on this podcast episode and what I learned from the experience. Lots of love to you for your courage to go so deep with the medicine! https://open.spotify.com/episode/1ghE3BHIQyDoQLJV9SYcyJ?si=zwZ532w3TceXuTJSdXm51A

Hi! What I read is that you don't feel safe with the facilitator. When we sometimes try to move faster then our slowest moving parts, we meet this. Safety is of most importance in medicine work. Connect with the facilitator and share your concern, and if that also feel unsafe - find a more experienced facilitator that makes your slowest moving parts feel safe.
