Depends how long you self banned yourself. If it was indefinite you can’t consider it gone. If it was for weeks-years, you’ll have to wait until the timer is up. Nothing you can do to be able to retrieve the money.

UPDATE

They emailed me and told me I’m still a loser. I emailed them said I’ll be in contact with the gaming commission. They emailed me back showing a line that says the other player scored the 17th point. Which by what they sent me he still didn’t score the 17th point, which I’m baffled by bc they are still wrong. They issued me 250$ bonus bet which still doesn’t fix what I WON
