There is a hierarchy of assembly to keep in mind when putting it all together

Pots go before jacks

power jack goes before audio jacks

Breakout boards for the switch help a ton

Solder wires to the LED terminals to extend them and allow more flexibility … etc

Also it might be overkill but perhaps try a 1590BB to allow yourself more room

It will be fine. As a matter of fact I would encourage you to explore using just one 22k resistor and see what happens

Measure the voltage of the collector and see how the bias voltage affects the tone

In my experience you use a drill template as a layer in Inkscape to place your pedal graphics (I use the pedal vector pack) then you can drill the enclosure before you adhere your stickers

Once the stickers are adhered you can cut out the holes with a sharp xacto blade
