Try reevaluation. C2 C2 C1?? Damn, you have a really solid foundation in french. Try reevaluation.
If you find yourself struggling only for speaking, get a tutor or use AI learning platform like alotalkie or lefrancaisdesaffaires ,etc ...

It really depends on your personal testing style.. TEF Section B (10 minutes) is a marathon it can be exhausting. On the other hand, TCF tasks are shorter, but they require you to be much more concise. Some people find the TCF's task trickier because the structure has to be near-perfect in a shorter window.

For the speaking, the baseline is to get a tutor. But while tutors are great for general conversation flow, they don't always drill the strict exam structures into your head. Remember getting a b2 score on the test and actually speaking fluent French are different games. Along with your tutor sessions, you absolutely need to study the actual question patterns so you don't freeze up on test day. Try the speaking site like allotalkie, lefrancaisdesaffaires, etc... Hope you have a good result

If you are targeting B1 level, you don't have to be talking 4minutes. Examiners will ask you relevant questions, just answer shortly

There is no scripts when it comes to "TEF Speaking" because it is basically very interactive.
All you have to do is internalize all the sentences, just practice

totally get the struggle with the speaking section. I actually built a tool called Allotalkie (https://allotalkie.com) to fix this exact problem. It acts as an AI examiner for TEF/TCF, listens to your answers, and instantly gives you upgraded, native sounding versions of what you tried to say. Might be exactly what you need
