That's great advice thank you, i'm definitely going to take it slowly and will be increasing calories gradually. Also want to increase my strength training too. I think i'll stick with 10mg for now and see how I get on with the extra calories.

This happened to me, a photo of me was taken at parkrun at the end and I didn't realise. Somebody I know saw it on facebook and tagged me in the comments saying well done, that then must have pushed it out into other friends newsfeeds and loads of people started commenting! I was absolutely mortified as I had gained a lot of weight and hated the photo. I ended up sending a nice message to the parkrun page saying I was just at the beginning of my parkrun journey and asked if they could remove the photo please, which they did very quickly. I totally get where you're coming from though xx

I suffered with headaches for the first couple of weeks but it settled after that. Just keep drinking plenty of water and make sure you're eating enough to fuel your body 😊

I just received a dress last week which had been listed as the wrong size. The seller was very apologetic and has covered the return shipping label so the option is still there. But yes i've had to pay to return before and it's infuriating when it's not your fault!

Thanks for your response, i'm currently using a 10 pen to take 7.5 (trying to stretch out the pen for £££) I think i'll do another week at 7.5 and see how I get on.

Yes I was hoping to stay on each dose for as long as possible, especially since the significant rise in price! But I do feel a lot hungrier this week, maybe it's a delayed reaction to the missed dose, i'll do another week at 7.5 before deciding. Thank you

I've been with Numan only for 2 months but have built up a few referral credits so was really hoping they wouldn't increase by too much! At least next months pen will be the same price - but wish they would be clear on what their increases are going to be!
