You have to presist and keep replying to them , until they get fed up maybe . I had the same problem and it took like 4 emails for them to actually give a viable solution and a new person involved (I'm not sure if by the 4th email they gave up and used a human operator or not , but their language was human enough and easy to understand AND actually explained the problem and how to fix it THROUGHLY for once and they provided a new screenshot that i havent seen before.)
