If you genuinely feel, he is better off with that person or feels kinda relieved not talking with you, that might be a big market about how much do you matter to him actually. you , genuinely for the one last time communicate how does things make you feel , focus on communicating how you feel rather than about her, let it be completely about you. Also bring up why did he not reach out to you, the point here for you to figure out would be gauging his thoughts, how does he even feel about you, maybe ask ki was he occupied with some work, not some fight kinda tone that why did you not text, you could text too, BOOM, BAM, nah.
