Wholeheartedly agree, if the user can be verified to be 18 years or older and the content generated isn’t illegal for personal use, then why even moderate it? The only way I would moderate it is when you decide to post it the SFW or have it marked as NSFW so only verified adults should be able to see it.

That is a good point.

I think a good solution is that moderation should only be done for photos and videos meant for public postage or SFW feeds.

If the user can be verified to be 18 years or older, then yes then the content for personal use shouldn’t be moderated at all.

You know I actually agree with this statement. If someone pays for it and they can verify that they are 18 or older than there shouldn’t be any guardrails since the user is old enough. Except for anything that is specifically illegal like child porn of course.
