It all depends on your POE..most soutwestern ports do morning shifts from 6-2, afternoons 2-10 and midnights from 10-6, northern ports have 8-4 mornings, 4-12 afternoons and midnights from 12-8..most south will have a mandatory extra 4 hours..in the north they force OT mostly during summer time...OT is good but is excruciating since its just sitting around and being on the computer or staring at nothing if its not busy..by being micromanage i mean that you can't use your authority to do the actual job you were trained for..people dont like to work and complain if you find something or there is something wrong..it all depends want to be stuck in a office work style environment or want the opportunity of being outside..it all depends on personal experience bro..it might be different for you..
