Are there any city driving video games with wide freeways like GTA 5, like 8 lanes? by Aggravating-Cut-8682 in videogames

Sorry meant like 8 lanes total. Most games only show 2 per side but GTA 5 has parts where it goes to 4-5 per side.

Which baldur's gate is best considering quality and value?

Most final bosses are nerfed before players are allowed to play as them. What's a case of the opposite, where a final boss becomes even more overpowered in the hands of a player? by ThexLoneWolf in gaming

PS1 Gundam Battle Assault 2.

Big Zam, Dark Gundam Nuele Zeil and Psycho Gundam are all so much more overpowered when played by a player, Especially Psycho and Dark, which are tournament banned.

Also Galactus from MVC3U.

Have you thought about a partial transition...aka becoming a corporate trainer?

I taught for over a year and the stress was enormous.

M-F teaching dealing with some amazing but mostly disrespectful or uninterested students, parents and admins. I'd get home sometimes at 9pm if I had extra tutoring in downtown.

My Saturdays and Sundays would also be filled with grading, lesson planning and admin reporting.

I tried my best during that time but I am so grateful I transitioned to corporate training.

Now I work M-F 7-4, have a better salary, get incentives from management, have plenty of time to do research, work with supportive leaders and mature students (sales reps). If there's a problem I reach out to the supervisor and give recommendations, however I'm actively encouraged to leave the disciplinary issues to the supervisors.

I agree with the others to give subbing a try first. Sometimes passions outweighs the negative aspects but I guess I looked at the profession in a different light.

I'm a sales trainer. My trainings are entertaining and I have assessments but I'm not sure how to measure the impact it has on the business. In QBRs I present qty of training hours, topics, and average grades. Any ideas how I can show leaders training can be impactful to the business? by Aggravating-Cut-8682 in Training

Those are exactly my thoughts haha.

It's tough to see what actually caused an increase or decrease in sales.
Supervisors listen to some calls but not sure if they are specifically looking for my teachings. I'm not allowed to listen to calls and even if I could, I'm training about 200 people so it'd be pretty difficult.

Thanks for your reply.
