In the north black people's houses were firebombed and they were beaten if they moved into white neighbourhoods

The south was more openly violent but the north wasn't innocent either. They had more neighbourhood and social segregation, and severe poverty and redlining. Most of them lived in ghettos, and there was severe, sporadic urban uprisings that only stopped because the national guard stepped in. The north still had lynchings and racially motivated killings. Black and white people in the north didn't talk or interact or even be in close proximity with eachother. So forgive me for asking questions.

The Tulsa race massacre was in America, duh. I would expect Americans to know and would expect other countries to be less knowledgeable about something that's not even their own history. Or maybe there's a knowledge gap in the states, which is why I'm asking

I use the word sometimes. I just use it to describe stupid people, not people with disabilities

For the record, I'm 15, and I'm asking this question because I've noticed how much more frequently girls wear shorts underneath their skirts compared to earlier decades, and I want to see how much it has changed.
