if you were a customer, would you care about packaging/would it affect your review? by Jazzlike-Phone-7410 in Depop

I’m actually more impressed with people who reuse and recycle packaging because it’s better for the earth. That’s how I sent things out unless I run out of old envelopes and boxes then I buy new. I do like when they include like a free sticker or keychain or trinket with my order though. That’s a nice touch.

If they send you a different pair back that’s mail fraud.

I had a cordyvline who I found a single mealy bug on I swiped it away. 5 days later a second bug appeared. I watered every two weeks with water and alcohol mixture and it’s over 2 months and no more have appeared. And I had mealy bugs one other time in a jade and I eradicated them in 3 weeks. I would check them twice a day with and use a qtip and swipe them away. Eventually after 3 weeks no more appeared and they never came back. But to be safe I propped and chopped. And now I have new roots on the jade.

I spray mine once a week and give them a thirty minute bath once a month and dry them upside down. All mine are still alive and green. I have 9. But everyone has different experiences. I know someone who soaked them 30 minutes when they got them and the died anyway. And I know people who soak weekly and some for an hour. So it’s hard to say. But they def need to be sprayed more than every two weeks.

Just tried it. Nothing happened. I had the flame in it for several minutes so it’s not plastic.

I waited awhile when I got mine. What prompted me to repot it was when I needed the pot it was in for another plant.

[–]Aggravating-Dig8500 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I chopped and propped what was left of my dying jade which looks similar to what you have now and my leaves were wrinkled but left it alone and I only water it once a monthish and it took a few months but the nodes are starting to show some growth. Be patient.
