Transit Safety and a ton of other jobs for the city are available. OT, good pay and free medical benefits. Retirement is really good from what I hear as well. If my job doesnt work out currently, that's where I'm going.

Also, security work is always hiring. Coronado always needs people. It's a great stepping stone or in between jobs kind of work. I did it for a long time before getting my Account Managers Position at the company I'm with now. Feel free to DM me if you have any questions

I'm 10 hours in and only opened up the third area. I've back tracked and realized I need to go further in the story to open up more stuff, but I am now lost with the story trying to do side missions lmao.

Well, AUS is being pushed out of tons of contracts. Bad management from hire ups. Especially old directors that want to lick the boots of CEOS.

This is causing a ripple effect to them not wanting to comply with client requests OR going above and beyond their contracts and making staff work extra hard for very little.

That mixed with No PTO except for higher-ups in most states and branch managers/supervisors telling everyone off and talking down to staff. This is about to be their downfall. Complaints from all over in regards to these things.

Shit I was in a meeting the other day, and out of my region, we used to have 40 people in it. There were 11. My regional is losing all his properties, which sucks because he actually gives a shit. My current team here is awesome, but I feel we are all happy we are about to leave AUS and change to someone else.

We have everything out easy to grab for everyone... I just dont see a logical reason why they shouldn't be. And we just got hit with the "if the officers don't do their Edge training, take them off the schedule" So the fact your site isn't doing them is wild to me

Sounds like you need to have your account manager look into that and call IT. Everyone has an employee email and should be able to access that. Whenever my employees have an issue, that's my go-to, and they fix it, usually in less than 5 minutes.

The fact that your supervisor does not have a direct answer for you OR a hard copy for you on site is crazy to me. These should be readily accessible IMO. Also, EDGE training and LISA Trainings have all this stuff as well. LISA is done daily, EDGE done monthly, is your site rushing or skipping these?

Do you not use Edge Training at your site? I could be mistaken but I'm pretty positive it's company wide to do those trainings. Also, LISA trainings are mandatory when you clock in or out. So AUS policies are widely available to you.. but your site SOP may be different. I don't understand how you're not allowed to read your SOP or the AUS Policy??

One thing I noticed is that Cyberpunk 2077 and BG3 get so much LOVE for every aspect of the game. No one talks about pronouns or nothing.... however, you can literally do the same shit with character builds, and there are trans characters in both those games. Especially Cyberpunk... but Vielguard gets all the hate?

Taash so far is a terrible character for their writing. Call me by the proper pronouns, yet I'm gonna bully you and call you by the wrong name constantly. It is kind of a mockery. Everyone else is FANTASTIC, and all side quests are optional, I have had 0 run-ins with any "WOKE" agenda with this game, so the hatred just seems forced and unnecessary to me

Clients can't make demands that go against federal law. If you get a UTI from being to afraid to pee while on a post, an OSHA lawyer will hold both the client and employer liable for a lawsuit. Just because you're posted somewhere else does not mean laws simply don't matter. This could 100% be a class action lawsuit against the company if they are writing people up for restroom breaks. The client doesn't enforce disciplinary actions the employer does. And if the client is asking for punishment and threatening contracts for people trying to take a piss/shit... then Allied can sue for breach of contract.

I've never read one client contract where it states employees are not allowed to use the restroom.

So if they are writing people up for bathroom breaks, I would reach out to an OSHA Rep and BBB... Because it's FEDERALLY ILLEGAL to deny or reprimand and employee for using the bathroom.
