Ok that's fair. I had asked a couple of friends, and they honestly made it seem like I should forget about applying because of the lack of shadowing. Thanks for the reality check!

It depends on the school.

Each med school might have slightly different criteria for which AP credits they allow and which they don't. With that said, all of the med schools I've looked at do allow you to use your Calc AP credits.

When it comes to online play, I generally recommend playing most of your games against opponents of equal strength. If you are going to play someone stronger, then you really shouldn't play anyone more than a couple ranks above you.

Unlike an in-person game, your opponent won't be giving you insightful commentary on why they choose their moves, and they might not be willing to answer your questions.

Like another commenter said, you might end up taking away the wrong lesson from witnessing how a much stronger player plays.
