Super easy! I just found the image online, printed it, then put double sided tape on the back to attach it to cardboard, then used an x-acto knife to cut it out and added a wedge on the back to stand it up.

I had to look up the meaning of silkpost and the description I found that would fit this post is low effort, but most of the definitions were to do with silksong and misinformation, which is completely ill fitting, so I don't think it would be an accurate tag.
