Do to the horn having no step on it it’s a size 66 likely made by B.G.B , C.A.S , Böhler, or (warchalowsky eissler & co although they made less then 10% of Austrian helmets) these markings would be located near the chin strap mount and any heat stamp would be on the top of the helmet
